2 (8 oz.) blocks extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4-5 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
1 medium poblano or jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1/4 small sweet onion, minced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together and spread on bread slices that have had crusts removed.
