Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal, ground to a powder (measure the amount, then grind in blender or food processor)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) plain Hershey bar, grated
24 oz. chocolate chips
3 cups chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:

Step 1:
Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla.

Step 2:
Add flour, ground oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Step 3:
Grate chocolate bar into mix. Add chocolate chips and nuts.

Step 4:
Place golf ball sized mounds (or smaller) 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step 5:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake cookies 6 - 8 minutes until light brown.
