Mini Pecan Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecan pieces
Directions:
Step 1:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased mini muffin tins.
Step 2:
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Note: These taste like little pecan pies.
