Pistachio Pineapple Dessert Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Jell-O instant pistachio pudding
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped fine
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 9 oz. container Cool Whip

Directions:

Step 1:
Combine all ingredients except Cool Whip. Mix well.

Step 2:
Add in Cool Whip and pour into 9x12 pan or a mold of your choice.

Step 3:
Freeze to set.

Step 4:
Serve chilled.

Note: Can be decorated with additional chopped or halved cherries (well drained). Very pretty at Holiday time.
