Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
1 pkg. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix


Directions:

Step 1:
Thaw and drain spinach very well!

Step 2:
Combine all ingredients.

Step 3:
Chill several hours

Step 4:
Serve with crackers.

Note: Be sure to drain spinach until very dry - blot with paper towels until spinach is no longer moist, as this will make dip too runny and will ruin dip. Don't skimp on this step!
